Free delivery and Express delivery services are not applicable for orders destined for international countries, specific out-of-area postcodes in the UK, and products requiring specialist delivery. A surcharge of £5.95 may be incurred for deliveries to out-of-area postcodes and £4.95 for specialist deliveries. For comprehensive information regarding out-of-area postcodes, kindly refer to the 'Out of Area Charges and Delivery Times' section below

PLEASE NOTE: Orders placed after 1pm, will be processed the following day, adding 1 working day to the delivery service. When selecting 'Next Working Day' - Orders placed after 1pm on a Thursday or anytime on Friday, will be delivered on the next working day which is the following Monday. For orders placed on a non-working day (Saturday or Sunday) please add 1 working day to your delivery date
International Delivery
We do offer International shipping via DHL. Please contact us for a shipping quote. Delivery times are between 2-5 working days from dispatch for most destinations.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase such as order number or original email used when placing order.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
